A system review of morinda officinalis's effect on bone metabolism, provides a new method for further study. The efficient ingredient of Morinda officinalis is able to promote the proliferation of the bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs) and osteoblasts, which can restrain the apoptosis of the osteoblasts and the bone resorption of the osteoclasts. Especially, morinda officinalis has various of microelement that bone metabolism needs. We should enhance the experimental research of the Morinda officinalis's effect inside human body.%综述巴戟天对骨代谢的作用研究进展，为进一步研究提供新的思路。巴戟天中有效成分可促进骨髓基质细胞增殖、促进成骨细胞增殖并抑制其凋亡、抑制破骨细胞骨吸收作用。并且巴戟天中含有多种骨代谢所必需的微量元素。应加强巴戟天体内作用试验的研究。
