2016年,我国《政府工作报告》中首次提出了培育精益求精的“工匠精神”,2017年《政府工作报告》中再次提到了要厚植工匠文化,大力弘扬工匠精神.“工匠精神”本是制造业和国民实体经济等行业的热词,其核心内涵是敬业、精益、专注、创新等,鼓励各行各业开展个性化定制、柔性化生产,如工匠般专注产品,精益求精.随着“工匠精神”的不断流行,各行各业都开始倡导“工匠文化”,以“工匠文化”支撑“工匠精神”,不断推动我国经济发展进入质量时代.地质资料是人类在长期而曲折的地球探索过程中形成的客观记录和知识积累,对于合理利用地球资源,保护地球环境,满足人类社会对资源能源和生态环境的需求,推动地球科学创新具有重要的理论与实际意义.地质资料的内容包括各类地质矿产勘查和项目工作形成的地质报告、测试数据以及与其相关的各类记录、文献、图书、档案、知识、数据和信息等.本文通过对当前地质学的发展现状及趋势进行概述,结合新时代新形势下的“工匠精神”的核心内涵,提出了以“工匠精神”为指导,以现代化信息技术为依托,不断挖掘地质资料的科学价值,开展地质资料的专业化数据库建设及集成化模型分析,为我国地质资料和数据的管理与服务不断向前发展提供科学依据.%The first workmanship pointed out the craftsmanship spirit of striving for the best in the annual government work report 2016.In 2017,the annual government work report explained the deep meaning of the workmanship as fostering a culture of workmanship where workers have a strong work ethic and tirelessly seek improvement.The emerging of the "workmanship" was originally a hot word in the manufacturing industry and the national economy,its core idea is to encourage enterprises to carry out personalized customization and flexible production as a workman's tirelessly persisting of excellence on their own products.With the increasing popularity of the "workmanship",all professions and trades began to advocate the "workman culture".Now,anyone's persisting of excellence could be called the "workmanship" in their professional work.Geology is an earth science concerned with the rocks of which it is composed,the internal and external characteristics,and the processes by which they change over time.Geology can also refer generally to the study of the solid features of any terrestrial planet.Geological data and documentation,preserved as the characters and data,are the objective records and knowledge accumulation of human activities on the planet earth through time.Geological data give insight into the history of the Earth by providing the primary demands on oil,coal,metal and nonmetal resources.The geological data and documentation,including geological reports,testing results,literatures,books,archives,knowledge and information,were recorded in a variety of media and formats.This paper reorganized the current work status of geological data and documentation,combined with the development trend of geology and the workmanship,and finally proposed the importance of the workmanship in the scientific value mining of geological data and documentation by construction of professional database and integrated model analysis.
