Aiming at the safety requirements of coal mine permissible explosive explosives,adding flash inhibitor in the production process,leading to the decline of the power of emulsified explosives,a kind of safety and explosive coal mine with high safety and high power is studied.The results show that the emulsion explosives are added with inorganic salts in the materials,and the explosives are feasible in the process of blasting.The safety of the combustible gas reaches the requirements of the class 2 coal mine permissible emulsion explosives,which is greater than 400 g.The emulsion explosives achieving the requirement of the rock emulsion explosives,which is 268 mL.The product performance changes less during storage.%针对目前煤矿许用乳化炸药需要考虑安全性要求,在生产过程中加入消焰剂,导致煤矿许用乳化炸药作功能力下降的问题,研究了一种安全性高作功能力大的高威力煤矿许用乳化炸药.结果表明:该型号高威力煤矿许用乳化炸药采用在原材料中加入无机盐,炸药在爆破过程中生成消焰剂方式是可行的;可燃气安全度达到三级煤矿许用乳化炸药的要求,大于400 g;作功能力达到岩石乳化炸药要求,为268 mL;保质期内产品性能变化较小.
