俄罗斯蕴含丰富的铀矿资源,储量居世界第三位.从资源禀赋上看,俄罗斯铀矿储量和资源量高度集中,大部分集中在远东南部地区和东西伯利亚地区与中国毗邻的维季姆、艾利康和斯特列里措夫铀矿集中区,利于我国开发与资源获取安全.从供需情况上看,俄罗斯未来一段时期内铀矿的产量将持续增长,俄罗斯国内铀矿资源供大于求,与我国形成天然的供求关系.从自然地理、基础设施和社会经济条件上来看,俄罗斯政局稳定,矿业法律完善,中俄政治关系良好,在俄投资矿业具有融资支持,虽然基础设施相对较差,但整体投资环境向好.基于以上原因,建议我国企业采取增持股份、签订购买合同或直接获取铀矿探矿权等多种方式投资俄罗斯铀矿.%Russia is rich in uranium resources and ranks the third in the world in terms of uranium reserves.In terms of resource endowment,the uranium reserves and its resource extent in Russia are highly concentrated,most of uranium is occurred in uranium concentration areas,w hich are located in Vidim,Elikon and Streltsovka near the boundary of the south of Far East,eastern Siberia and China.On that account,it is beneficial for our country to develop resources and guarantee the safety of resource acquisition.From the perspective of supply and demand,the uranium production of Russia will be increasing in the future. Oversupply of domestic uranium resources forms a natural supply-demand relationship between Russia and China.Taking physical geography,infrastructure and social & economic conditions into account,Russia is of political stability with complete mining laws.There is a good political relationship between China and Russia that the investment in Russian mining can be expected to acquire financing support.Although the infrastructure is in relatively poor condition,the overall investment environment is rather promising.Based on the reasons mentioned above,it is suggested that Chinese enterprises invest in Russian uranium mining by various ways,such as increasing their holdings,signing purchase contracts or obtaining exploration rights of uranium directly.
