The distribution characteristics of grindability and washability of the original ore in Sijiaying iron ore are studied ,which is beneficial to rational allocation of ore resources in the stope .In this paper ,by formulating standard of the grinding washability test and criterion ,selected a large number of ore samples for the grinding washability test ,and the following rules were found .The No .I ore body has better grinding and washability on the whole ,and the granularity of the useful minerals is coarser and the quality of the ore is good .In the No .Ⅲ ore body ,the abrasiveness of the central and south-western ores is relatively good ,and its useful mineral inlay is coarse in size and good in quality .North ore has poor abrasiveness ,good selectivity ,fine particle size of useful mineral inlay ,and general quality of ore ;the south ore has better abrasiveness ,poor selectivity ,fine particle size of useful mineral inlay and general quality of ore .In the No .Ⅳ ore body ,the north and south of the ore is less abrasive ;the useful mineral inlay is smaller ;the ore quality is worse ;the middle ore is less abrasive ;the ore quality is better .From the present situation of the mine body revealed in the stope ,56 .4% of the good grinding ore in the oxidized ore ,87 .2% of the good grinding ore in the primary ore .It has a certain guiding significance to the stable production capacity and the optimization of production index in the process of mineral processing .%研究司家营铁矿原生地矿石的可磨可选性分布特点,有利于合理配置采场的矿石资源.通过制定可磨可选性试验标准和判定标准,选取大量的矿石样品进行可磨可选性试验,发现如下规律:Ⅰ号矿体整体上可磨可选性较好,有用矿物嵌布粒度较粗,矿石质量好;Ⅲ号矿体中部和西南部可磨度相对较好,有用矿物嵌布粒度较粗,矿石质量较好,北部可磨度较差,可选性好,有用矿物嵌布粒度较细,矿石质量一般,南部可磨度较好,可选性较差,有用矿物嵌布粒度较细,矿石质量一般;Ⅳ号矿体北部和南部可磨可选性较差、有用矿物嵌布粒度较细,矿石质量较差,中部可磨度较差,可选性较好,矿石质量一般.从采场目前矿体揭露的情况来看,氧化矿中好磨好选的矿石占56 .4%,原生矿中好磨好选的矿石占87 .2%.对选矿生产过程中稳定生产能力和优化生产指标具有一定的指导意义.
