沿着"一带一路",中国地勘企业如何更好地走出去,是迫切需要研究的问题.新疆处于"一带一路"的核心区,其在境外矿产资源勘查开发方面的经验具有很强的示范性.本文首先概述了新疆在境外特别是"一带一路"国家开展境外勘查开发的基本情况,总结出其地质勘查开发项目具有区域比较集中、投资形式多样化以及以民营企业为主等方面的特点,提出了境外勘查开发投资在政策法规、基础设施、矿业融资体制、信息资料获取等方面存在的问题,从文化差异、体制机制等方面分析了产生投资问题的原因,在此基础上,有针对性地提出了具有操作性的相关建议.%The countries along "The Belt and Road" are rich in mineral resources, and have great complementarity with China.Along the "The Belt and Road", how Chinese geological prospecting enterprises can better "go out" is a problem needed for urgent research.Xinjiang is located in the core area of "The Belt and Road", its overseas mineral resources exploration and development is a very strong demonstration.Through the investigation of the geological prospecting units in Xinjiang, a basic understanding of the overseas exploration and development of mineral resources in "The Belt and Road "countries is obtained.The geological exploration and development projects are characteristic of the relatively concentrated exploration and exploitation, and the diversification of investment, the "Going-out" companies are mainly the private enterprises.The problems of the overseas exploration and development investment in the aspects of policies and regulations, infrastructure, mining financing system, information acquisition and so on are put forward.Finally, the Operational recommendations are present.
