煤矿员工安全心理阈限与安全心理参数的实证研究

         

摘要

By using experimental psychology instruments,this research aims to psychologically measure and count the agility,accuracy,ability to concentrate and distribute attention of coal mine employees' acousto-optic response and operation response in order to obtain their safety psychological limitation of each level and the lowest threshold.In order to provide scientific basis for safety psychological parameters and safety psychological quantization and evaluation,each psychological measurement value has been verified and compared with the psychological measurement statistics of nearly 2000 employees from coal and mine construction enterprises and large coal mining companies.They are proved to be identical with the minimum error of verification result being 0 and average error being 0.1125.The findings show that each value is reliable and thus has universal applicability of safety psychological quantization and evaluation of coal mine employees.%运用实验心理学仪器,对煤矿员工的声光反应和操作反应敏捷性、准确性、注意力集中能力、注意力分配能力,实施心理测量统计,获得各项目员工安全心理等级划分临界值和最低阈限值.为安全心理参数和安全心理量化评鉴提供科学依据,各项心理测量数值经煤炭井建企业与大型采煤矿山近两千名员工心理测量统计验证比较,验证结果最小误差为0,完全吻合,平均误差为0.1125.表明各项数值信度可靠,具有煤矿员工安全心理量化评价的普遍适用性.
