In this paper,the essence and causes of the contradiction of coal and electricity industry chain are explored through the deconstruction and analysis of the structure of coal and electricity industry chain. An innovative financing model of coal and electricity industry chain is proposed through a combination of the current state of the industry chain and the deep analysis of the industry structure.Through the discussion of the present problems of the market structure,the paper tries to explore the basis of the choice of the relationship between coal and electricity industry chain selection,and combined with the resources of industrial enterprises in the past financing model,using high-quality resources industry enterprises as the core,and starting the core business upstream and downstream business cooperation channel extension,the optimal financing methods are obtained to solve the current contradiction between coal and electricity and capital matching.Using the resource industry's core business supply chain business relationship as a main line to solve the problem of innovative financing model in the development of enterprises,and opening up the core business and upstream and downstream enterprises financing channel,the win-win situation of all stakeholders is achieved.%本文通过对煤电产业链市场结构的解构和分析,探寻煤电产业链矛盾的实质和产生的原因,结合目前行业产业链的现状,深层次剖析行业结构,摸索出煤电行业企业产业链创新的融资模式.通过理论探讨目前的市场结构中存在的问题,尝试探索影响煤电产业链关系选择的依据,并结合资源产业企业以往的融资模式,通过优质资源产业企业为核心,展开核心企业上下游业务合作的通道延伸为方法,得到最优的融资手段来更好地解决目前的煤电矛盾和资金匹配问题.通过资源产业的核心企业供应链的业务关系为主线,解决企业在发展中创新融资模式问题,打通核心企业及上下游企业的融资通道,从而实现各利益主体的多赢格局.
