It is the key stage of for China as a large mineral resources' country to become a mineral resources power in the next ten years base on the fact of "large but not strong"of Chinese mineral resources situation .This paper systematically establishes the three-dimensional evaluation index system of mineral resources power .Using the above evaluation system ,this paper evaluates 10 global mineral resources countries including the United States and China .The results show that the 10 mineral resources countries participating in the evaluation ,including the United States ,Japan ,Australia and Canada ,can be called a mineral power ,China ,South Africa ,Russia ,three countries are large mineral resources power ,Brazil and India are weak mineral resources power .Britain is a decaying power of mineral resources .Based on the experience of four countries ,seven characteristics of mineral resources power are put forward ,as well as the suggestions of Chinese mineral strategy .%我国矿产资源"大而不强",未来10年是我国由矿产资源大国走向矿产资源强国的关键阶段.本文系统建立了包含矿产资源稳定供应能力、国际经略能力和可持续发展能力的矿产资源强国三维评价指标体系,运用该评价体系,对包括美国、中国在内的10个全球矿产资源国家进行了评价,结果显示:参与评价的10个矿产资源国,美国、日本、澳大利亚和加拿大4个国家是矿产资源强国,中国、南非、俄罗斯3个国家是矿产资源大国,巴西和印度是矿产资源弱国,英国是衰败的矿产资源强国.根据美国、日本、澳大利亚和加拿大4个国家的强国经验,本文总结了典型矿产资源强国的7个特征,并据此提出了我国矿产资源战略建议.
