石墨尾矿中含钒云母的预富集

摘要

针对石墨尾矿中存在低品位含钒云母的现象,通过浮选预富集含钒云母,以达到获得具有利用价值的钒矿和实现石墨尾矿综合利用的目的.结果表明:石墨尾矿经石墨反浮后,在pH=2.5、水玻璃:可溶淀粉=2:1的复配抑制剂用量100g/t、捕收剂十二胺用量100g/t的粗选条件下经一粗一精一扫的工艺流程,得到云母含量达到75%以上、回收率达到68.05%的含钒云母精矿,其中V2 O5品位为0.80%、回收率为74.18%,达到了钒矿的入选品位.%For the purposes of obtaining useful vanadium and comprehensive utilization of graphite tailings ,the pre-concentration of vanadium-bearing mica from was achieved by flotation .The results showed that under the rough separation of pH=2 .5 ,100g/t compound inhibitor(sodium silicate:soluble starch=2:1) and 100g/t dodecylamine after graphite flotation ,the grade of the final vanadium-bearing mica concentration was more than 75% and the recovery was 68 .05% with the flow sheet which was once rough separation ,once sort separation and once cleaning separation .Also ,the grade of V2 O5 in the concentration was 0 .80% and the recovery was 74 .18% ,which reached the mill feed grade of vanadium ore .
