In this paper ,based on the practice of mining industry ,corporate social responsibility of mining industry is divided into resources ,environment and security responsibility ,economic responsibility and ethical responsibility ,combining with Stakeholder theory and corporate social responsibility classification theory .It's shown that due to lack of pressure from stakeholders and own initiative ,corporate social performance level is weak in mining industry ,especially in the most urgent aspect of resources ,environment and security responsibility ,economic responsibility .%本文立足于中国矿业企业的实践，首先结合利益相关者理论与社会责任分类理论，区分出资源环境安全责任、经济责任与伦理责任三个维度，并以改进的模糊综合评估法对其履行现状进行度量。实证结果表明：中国矿业企业社会责任整体履行水平较弱，尤其是在资源环境安全和经济责任方面的表现与社会的期望存在极大差距。这主要是由于利益相关者未给予其足够的压力，尤其是资源环境安全方面政府没有及时补位。同时，受制于矿业企业自身能动性没有充分调动起来，缺乏足够的自觉性。
