Resource exploration is the driver of a country's economic development ,and capital market is of important significance both to exploration enterprises’ development and national resources security .After over twenty years’ evolution ,China's capital market has formed a multi‐level structure ,but as an important part of China's capital market system ,the exploration capital market has not yet developed .In this paper ,on the basis of explaining and clarifying the concept of multi‐level exploration capital market ,the feasibility and necessity for the construction of multi‐level exploration capital markets is discussed through internal and external factor analysis ,then the situation of exploration capital markets are summarized ,and suggestions for construction of the market are raised ,which have practical meaning to building and construction of Chinese exploration capital market .%资源勘查是一国经济发展的源动力，而资本市场对于促进勘查企业发展、提高国家资源保障能力至关重要。我国资本市场经过二十多年的演进，已初步形成多层次结构体系，但风险勘查资本市场作为我国资本市场体系的重要组成部分，目前尚未发育，有待发展。本文在厘清、解释多层次风险勘查资本市场概念的基础上，重点通过内外因分析对建设多层次风险勘查资本市场的可行性和必要性进行了探讨，表明其紧迫性和可行性，之后对我国风险勘查资本市场建设现状进行了总结，并提出建设的具体建议，对我国多层次风险勘查资本市场的建设和实现矿业强国梦具有现实意义。
