金厂峪金矿基于FLAC3D的残矿回收与空区处理采矿方法优化

         

摘要

With the continuous increase of the number of underground mine cavity in Jinchangyu Gold Mine in recent years ,the cavity condition become more and more complicated .It may cause the surface subsidence at any time .So it is very urgent to carry out cemented waste rock backfills technology for cavity treatment and the stoping of remnant ores research .According to the similar mine experience ,it proposed 4 remnant ores recovery schemes ,and use FLAC3D to do the numerical simulation and analysis for the 4 schemes .The results showed that the first scheme of vertical stress ,displacement and settlement and distribution of plastic zone and the maximum principal stress index is better than the other schemes .It tan guarantee the the overall safety and stability of production process .Therefore the first scheme is recommend for large‐scale application in Jinchangyu Gold mine .%金厂峪金矿近年来井下空区数量不断增大,空区条件愈加复杂,可能随时出现地表塌陷等危害,亟需开展废石尾砂胶结充填技术进行空区处理及残矿回收研究工作。根据类似矿山经验,提出4种残矿回收方案,采用FLAC3D分别对4种方案进行数值模拟计算与分析,结果表明:第1种方案的竖向应力、位移沉降、塑性区分布以及最大主应力等指标优于其他方案,并能保证生产过程中的整体安全稳定性,推荐该方案在金厂峪金矿大规模推广应用。
