基于正交设计与计算流体动力学模拟的双锥旋流器锥体设计研究

         

摘要

基于正交试验设计与计算流体动力学模拟,研究了双锥旋流器上、下锥段锥角及接口直径变化对旋流器能耗及分离粒度的影响。方差分析结果表明,本研究范围内,这三个锥体结构参数的变化对旋流器能耗基本无影响。小锥角对分离粒度的影响是高度显著的,接口直径对分离粒度的影响是显著的。综合分析可知,随着小锥段锥角变小,上、下锥段接口直径变大,分离粒度将显著减小。此结果可以作为双锥旋流器结构优化的参考。%Based on orthogonal design and computational fluid dynamics simulation ,the effects of upper and lower cone angle ,and conical section junction diameter of the dual cone hydrocyclone on performance were investigated ,in terms of energy consumption and cut size .Within the scope of this study ,variance analysis results show that the change of the mentioned structure parameter has no effect on the cyclone energy consumption ,and the lower cone angle has the highly significant effect on the cut size ,and the conical section junction diameter has significant effect on the cut size .Comprehensive analysis shows that with the decrease of lower cone angle and the diameter of conical section junction ,cut size decreases significantly .The results can be used as a reference in optimizing the structure of the dual cone cyclone .
