羟基淀粉煤炭抑尘剂的制备及性能表征

         

摘要

Hydroxypropyl starch is used as the main raw material ,N ,N‐methylene‐bis‐arcylamide as a cross‐linking agent ,ammonium persulphate as an intiator ,sodium carboxy ethyl cellulose as a viscosity regulator and film‐forming agent ,a coal dust‐depressor with fine moisture ,anti‐rheumatic ,water stability and temperature resistance is gotten .By comparison ,the technology indicators of this suppressant are well than pure starch‐based coal dust‐depressor in some aspects such as anti‐rheumatic ,water stability and temperature resistance .Cross‐linking reaction could form a network structure ,and improve product ’ s moisture and the resistance to wind erosion ,but it could also reduce product’s viscosity ,is not conductive to film‐forming property ,so controlling the degree of cross‐linking is critical .Optimum reaction conditions are a temperature of about 70 degrees ,and time of 1h .%采用羟丙基淀粉醚为主要原料,以N,N‐亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作交联剂,过硫酸铵作引发剂,羧乙基纤维素钠作粘度调节剂和成膜剂,得到一种保湿性、抗风蚀性、水稳性、耐温性等性能优良的煤炭抑尘剂。通过实验对比,此种抑尘剂在抗风蚀性、水稳性、耐温性方面比纯淀粉基煤炭抑尘剂的各项指标均优。交联反应虽可形成网络结构,提高产物的保湿抗风蚀等性能,也会降低其粘度,不利于成膜性,因此控制交联反应程度为一关键。最佳的反应条件是温度为70℃左右,时间为1h。
