高校就业指导工作的几点思考:以中国矿业大学(北京)为例

         

摘要

Employment concerns the people's livelihood .Universities are on the front line of employment issues .So university employment guidance which is closed related with the well‐being of numerous families and the stability of the country bears an extremely important significance .The employment work goes smoothly in China University of Mining and Technology in Beijing in 2014 ,but some issues related to university employment guidance still remain unsettled .Such as the contradiction between university majors’ construction and the job requirements of job marketing ,the graduates expectations and job marketing realities ,graduates’ job haunting and some human resources policies .This paper puts forward some thoughts on how to improve this work ,from the viewpoints of systemization of employment guidance and specialization of employment service .%就业工作关系民生,高校是就业工作的一线,做好高校的就业工作事关千家万户的福祉和国家的稳定,具有极其重要的意义。2014年,中国矿业大学(北京)就业工作顺利结束,但过程中也凸现出高校就业工作现阶段存在一些尚待解决的问题,如:学科专业建设与社会岗位需求的脱节问题、学生心理预期与就业市场之间的差距问题、学生就业与限制人口流动政策的矛盾问题等。最后,从就业指导系统化和就业服务专业化的角度,提出了一种改进工作的思路。
