In 2013 ,the global mining goes down ,but China mining goes well .In China ,the growth of the mining fixed asset investment ,products and foreign trade of mineral commodities has increased stably , the degree of dependence on foreign market of bulk insufficient mineral ,such as oil and iron ore ,keeps high level ,and the prices of important mineral commodities are volatile and slide slowly at high level . The mineral demand in China still keeps high ,at the same time ,the new change of the world energy order .So , we should try our best to expand China mineral transportation channels and take advantage of the good chance of slower economic development of China to adjust China mining .%2013年，全球矿业下滑，但国内矿业发展良好。我国采矿业固定资产投资、矿产品生产和对外贸易稳定增长，大宗短缺矿产进口持续增加，重要矿产品价格高位震荡下行。我国矿产资源高需求仍将持续，而且世界能源新秩序正在形成，我们积极拓展我国矿产资源运输通道，抓住有利时机充分调整调整我国矿业。
