基于遗传算法和模糊PID的采煤机滚筒调高系统研究

         

摘要

针对采煤工况复杂和滚筒调高系统,采用电液伺服控制的非线性、参数时变的特点,设计了模糊自适应PID控制器。由于遗传算法具有良好的全局寻优特性,用遗传算法对自适应模糊PID参数进行了优化,得到最优的控制器参数,从而得到最优控制效果。采用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真,仿真结果表明,经过遗传算法优化的自适应模糊P ID控制器的控制效果具有调节时间短、超调量明显减小、稳态误差小,其对滚筒高度的控制效果得到明显提高,能更好地满足应用要求。%Aimed at the conditions required of the coal mining and drum lifting system using hydraulic servo control is nonlinear and its parameters vary with time ,a fuzzy adaptive PID controller was designed . Because the genetic algorithm has a good characteristic of global optimization ,the adaptive fuzzy PID parameters are optimized using genetic algorithms ,optimal controller parameters were obtained .And thus the optimal control effect was obtained .Simulation of the system was made using MATLAB/SIMULINK , Simulation results show that the control effect of adaptive fuzzy PID controller by Online Optimization of Genetic Algorithm has the advantages of short adjustment time ,significantly reduced overshoot and small output error .The control performance of drum height is significantly improved ,and it can better meet the application requirements of the system .
