三种分散剂对微细粒赤铁矿、石英分散行为的影响

         

摘要

充分的分散是实现选择性絮凝的重要前提条件。本文研究了六偏磷酸钠、水玻璃、多聚磷酸钠三种无机分散剂对赤铁矿和石英沉降率的影响,试验结果为当 pH 为10.5,加入50mg/L 的六偏磷酸钠,可使赤铁矿的沉降率降到64.32%,此时石英的沉降率为38.91%,两者相差25.41%。此条件下赤铁矿的Zeta电位为-29.31mV,六偏磷酸钠在水中电离出的阴离子增加了赤铁矿颗粒之间的静电排斥力,并且颗粒之间产生强烈的空间位阻排斥力,因此当赤铁矿在颗粒间距离大于12 nm时,赤铁矿稳定地分散,符合扩展DLVO理论。%To realize the selective flocculation,good dispersion is the important precondition.In this paper,research the influence of sodium hexametaphosphate,sodium silicate,sodium polyphosphate on the micro-fine hematite and quartz sedimentation rate .When pH was 10.5,adding 50mg/L of sodium hexametaphosphate,the sedimentation rate of hematite reduced to 64.32%,and the sedimentation rate of quartz was 38.91%,the difference value between them was 25.41%.Under this condition,the zeta potation of hematite was -29.31mV,sodium phosphate ionized anionic in the water,and the anionic increased electrostatic repulsion and generated the space steric repulsion between the particles,so when the distance between the hematite particles was greater than 12nm,hematite can steadily disperse,the phenomenon conform to the extended DLVO theory.
