金川大型难采矿床安全高效开采关键技术与面临难题

         

摘要

Jinchuan nickel mine is famous for its thick and deep buried ore bodies ,high ground pressure and broken rock in the mining circles .Along with our country's rising demand to the nickel resource ,the scale of resource development is increasing rapidly .At present ,the mine production capacity is close to 9000000 tons ,and increases at an annual rate of 10% .The deposit mining is near 1km ,the ground pressure of stope appeared severely ,thus ,it bring to the stability of mine engineering and strata control great difficulties;To this end ,Jinchuan nickel mine has repeatedly carrying out the regularity of the activity of stope ground pressure ,support technology ,filling technology and ground pressure control and other major technology research .The research revealed a rule of ground pressure pattern of activities of filling stope , realized the effective control of stope ground pressure and continuously mining in big area .With the depth of Ore deposit exploitation increasing and the area expanding ,the problem of ground pressure control is more and more serious ,and the control to the stability deep roadway engineering is also more difficult .In especial , the mine production capacity increases year by year ,which brings more challenge to the safety ,high efficiency and economic exploitation of mine .In view of the domestic and foreign development of nickel resource situation and the difficulties mining faced ,Jinchuan nickel mine is striving to make the second round technological breakthrough to the resource exploitation in Jinchuan .especially the study on comprehensive utilization of solid wastes mine resources ,the development of low cost and high strength new filling cementitious material to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency .%金川镍矿以矿体厚大、埋藏深、地应力高和矿岩破碎著称于采矿界。随着我国对镍资源需求增长,金川镍矿开发规模逐年递增。目前生产能力已经接近900万t ,以每年10%的速度递增。矿床开采深度接近千米,采场地压显现剧烈,给矿山工程稳定性和岩移控制带来极大困难;为此,金川镍矿多次开展采场地压规律、支护技术、充填工艺以及地压控制等重大技术攻关。研究揭示了充填采场地压显现规律,对采场地压进行有效控制并实现了大面积连续开采。随着开采深度增加和采场面积扩大,地压控制问题更加突出,深部巷道工程稳定性控制更加困难。尤其矿山生产规模逐年提高,从而给矿山安全、高效和经济开采带来更大挑战。针对国内外镍资源发展形势和矿山开采面临的困难,金川镍矿正在进行第二轮采矿技术攻关,尤其开展矿山固体废弃物资源综合利用研究,开发低成本和高强度的新型充填胶凝材料,从而降低充填采矿成本,提高采矿经济效益和社会效益。
