针对传统的动力煤分选工艺存在产品单一、分选精度不高以及精煤损失量大等缺点，天地科技唐山分公司自主创新双供介无压给料三产品旋流器。本文重点介绍了双供介无压给料三产品旋流器的结构特点和分选原理，并对传统分选工艺和双供介无压给料三产品旋流器分选工艺进行了对比分析。此产品在重庆松藻煤电公司白岩选煤厂的应用证明其具有处理能力大、精煤回收率高、产品灵活等优点；另外由于双供介大大降低了入介压力，从而降低设备整体磨损，具有节省投资和运行成本的优势。此产品的研发及应用成功为动力煤选煤厂末煤分选开辟了一条新的途径。% Aiming at the problems such as single product ,low separation precision and large clean coal losing of the traditional thermal coal separation process ,National Science & Technology Tangshan Branch invented three products cyclone with double medium feed without pressure .This paper introduce the structure and the separation principle ,and compared the traditional thermal coal separation process and the double medium feed without pressure three products cyclone separation process .The product's application in Baiyan Coal Preparation Plant of Chongqing Songzao Coal‐fired Power Limited Company prove that the product has some advantages such as large processing power ,high clean coal recovery rate and flexible products .On the other hand for the double medium feed lowing feeding pressure ,and reducing the wear and tear of the whole equipment ,the product has a superiority of saving investment and operating costs .The R&D and application success of three products cyclone with double medium feed without pressure find a new method for the fine coal separation of power coal preparation plant .
