地质灾害防治新机制建设是提高地灾防治能力的重要手段.广西在地灾治理新机制方面做了很多探索与实践.本文对广西地质灾害防治的成功做法,尤其是梧州模式进行了解读,分析了其成功的原因,所做的创新,值得借鉴的经验,存在的问题与风险.最后,从土地、资金、政策法规等方面提出了政策建议.%New mechanism establishment is important for geological disaster prevention. Guangxi zhuang autonomous region did lots of exploration and practice. This paper analyzed the successful experience of Guangxi in geological disaster prevention, especially the "Wuzhou mode", especially analyzed reasons why "Wuzhou mode" successful, its innovations, experiences worthy of learning, problems and risk exist in. Finally, this paper put forward some advice from land, capital, policies and regulations.
