国际矿业公司是指以控制多种矿产资源作为市场目标,以国际贸易运作作为获利手段的具有国际竞争力的跨国矿业企业.本文在系统回顾和梳理国际大型矿业公司发展历程基础上,重点探讨了矿业公司发展历程中五个不同时期的阶段性特点,指出大型跨国矿业公司的发展战略转变与经济发展关系密切,并且普遍采用全球化、资本运作和资源优先战略作为其主要发展战略措施.%International mining companies are multinational mining companies which have international competitiveness, control a variety of mineral resources as the target market and operate international trade as a profitable means. On the basis of a systematic review of the development process of large international mining companies, this paper discussed the development characteristics of large multinational mining companies at different times and found that the change of large multinational mining companies' development strategy is closely related to economic development. Globalization, capital operation and resource prioritiza-tion are the main development strategic measures which are generally adopted by large multinational mining companies.
