This paper introduces the practice of the ecological development of Shouyun Mining Co. , Ltd. , including the ecological restoration, environmental management, mining park construction, and the basic exploration situation of the circular economy. In this foundation, three experiences are also proposed: concept innovation is the pilot of the ecological development to the mining enterprises; culture integration is the catalyst to the ecological construction; resources recycling is the main direction of the ecological construction to the mines.%首云矿业股份有限公司近年来在生态化开发方面的进行了大量的实践,包括生态修复、环境治理、矿山公园建设,以及循环经济的探索.文章在总结该矿山生态化开发实践的基础上提出了矿业生态化开发的三点体会:理念创新是矿山企业生态化开发的先导,文化融人是生态矿山建设的催化剂,循环经济开发是矿山生态建设的主攻方向.
