金属矿山台阶爆破振速预测研究

         

摘要

基于相关理论,运用回归分析法,构建了金属矿山台阶爆破振动预测公式,并结合实测情况对公式预测结果的可靠度进行了分析.最后,以放马峪铁矿为例,在爆破现场测得了120组数据,其中包含了3种不同地表、地形条件下所测得的数据,分别从垂直向、水平切向、水平径向和振动速度矢量和4个方面,对处理后的原始数据进行分析,求出各自的K、α值,据此拟合出相应的爆破振动速度预测公式,并利用拟合得出的预测公式对其爆破振动的速度进行了预测.分析表明,预测结果具有较好的稳定性和可靠性,能满足工程实践的要求,为类似爆破工程振速的预测提供了较好的借鉴和参考.%Based on relevant theories, a forecasting formula of blasting vibration by bench blasting in metal mining was established through regression analysis. Then the reliability of forecasting result of the formula was analyzed in combination with the actual situation. Finally, the Fangmayu iron mine was taken as example for forecasting of blasting vibration. 120 groups of dates were measured, which include 3 kinds of different surface and landform conditions. The values of K and owere calculated through analyzing the worked original dates separately from 4 aspects such as vertical, tangential, radial and vector sum. Then a predictor formula of blasting vibration was fitting, which was applied to forecast the blasting vibration. A-nalysis shows that the prediction results were stable and reliable, which provides a good model and reference for the similar project to predict blasting vibration.
