Multipurpose utilization of mineral resources is an important and effective section to accelerate transformation of the mode of mining development, to improve resource utilization efficiency and level and to realization of mineral resources sustainable development. Through policy research for multipurpose utilization of mineral resources, we sort out the existing foundation and bring up some opinions and suggestions to strengthen multipurpose utilization of mineral resources.%矿产资源综合利用已成为我国现阶段加快转变矿业发展方式,大力提高资源开发利用效率和水平,实现矿产资源开发可持续发展的有力有段.通过对已有矿产资源综合利用的政策研究,梳理出我国矿产资源综合利用的措施和成效等已有工作基础,为后续加快推进综合利用工作、扩大综合利用规模、量化综合利用水平给予一定的意见建议.
