充填开采充实率对沿空留巷结构稳定影响研究

         

摘要

Based on the technical characteristics of fully-mechanized backfill mining with solid waste, mechanical analysis and numerical simulation were used to analyze on the influencing relationship between backfill ratios and the structural stability of gob-side entry retaining. The result shows that: the stress and deformation of surrounding rock decreases with the increasing backfill ratio. The support scheme of "build wall with waste + anchor bolt" was obtained based on the research result, and it has been applied successfully in Wugou coal mine. The field measurement showed that: when the backfill ratio reached to 85%,the sides deformation of roadway was only 120 mm,and the roadway could be used normally.%基于综合机械化固体密实充填采煤技术特征,采用力学分析和数值模拟方法研究了采空区充实率对沿空留巷围岩结构的影响关系.研究结果表明:沿空留巷围岩应力及变形随采空区密实度增加而减小.基于此,提出了“垒砌矸石墙+锚栓”沿空留巷支护方案,并在皖北五沟矿进行应用.实测表明,密实度达到85%时,巷道两帮变形量仅为120mm,可满足巷道正常使用.
