China's energy structure, natural gas is a clean energy and important strategic resources, the rational development and utilization and security of supply for building China's clean energy system, the development of low-carbon economy and promoting China's economic security has become increasingly important status and role. On the analysis of the gas industry status and government regulation evolution, through the study of the various stakeholders in the industry chain,combined with China's natural gas price formation mechanism reform pilot projects to build the operational mechanism of China's natural gas price regulation,in order to achieve the natural gas resources optimize the configuration and security of supply.%在我国的能源结构中,天然气作为一种清洁能源和重要的战略性资源,其合理开发利用和安全供给对于构建我国的清洁能源体系、发展低碳经济以及促进我国的经济安全具有越来越重要的地位与作用.本文在分析我国天然气产业链现状和政府规制演变的基础上,通过对产业链各利益主体的研究,结合我国天然气价格形成机制的改革试点,构建我国天然气价格规制的运行机制,从而实现天然气资源的优化配置和供给安全.
