水采在极复杂条件下提高回采率的研究与实践

         

摘要

Machine mining method is not suit to the I5 west section of Kongzhuang mine since the section's fault and the roof cranny so developing that easy to fall. In this paper,mining method and working face optimize design were researched and decided adopting hydraulic method to exploit complex conditions coal resource. In-situ industry experiment indicated that aqility hydraulic mining method can suit to complex coal resource condition,reclaim side corner and fault coal resource effectively, and the result is mining more 40000 tons coal than commonly mining method in the I5 west section.%孔庄矿I5西采区断层发育,造成顶板裂隙发育,断层带顶板容易冒落,无法布置机采工作面;本文通过对回采方式研究及工作面优化设计,确定采用水力采煤法对复杂条件煤炭资源进行开采;现场工业性试验表明,在特定复杂条件煤层能有效发挥水力开采的灵活性,对边角煤、断层带煤进行有效的回收,使I5西部采区多回采煤炭4万余t.
