一种用于矿井中的多孔泄压阻隔爆自动风门

         

摘要

针对目前撒布岩粉惰化技术、被动式阻隔爆技术、自动阻隔爆技术的局限性,鉴于泡沫陶瓷具有火焰淬熄作用和冲击波消减作用,可以利用其特点阻隔瓦斯爆炸火焰和冲击波的传播.本文提出构建以泡沫陶瓷为主材料的煤矿井下自动风门,材料由泡沫陶瓷、不对称多孔金属材料、压力传感器、PLC 软件控制装置构成,门体两侧装配压力传感器,门底部设有护门体窗,采用 PLC 软件控制,并在门体上装有门限传感器、光敏传感装置、防夹车装置、声光指示器等,以实现灾前控制风流,灾后自动泄压并阻隔瓦斯爆炸火焰传播的功能.阻隔爆自动风门有望成为矿井阻隔爆救灾系统中的一个重要组成部分.%Aiming at the limitation of the inerting technology of sprinkling rock powder, the passive barrier explosion technology and the automatic barrier explosion technology, and considering the functions of the ceramic foam which has the effects of flame quenching and the reduction of shock wave, we can use the features of these to isolate the spread of the flame of gas explosion and the shock wave. This paper suggests to establish the automatic air door of underground coal mine using the ceramic foam as the main material. The materials consist of the ceramic foam, the asymmetric porous metal materials, the pressure sensor and the PLC software control device. The pressure sensors have been assembled to both sides of the air door. There are windows to be assembled at the bottom of the air door to proctect it using the PLC software to control it. We also assemble the threshold sensor, the photosensitive sense device, the device to prevent clipping vehicles and the acoustic-optic indicator to achieve the function of controlling the airflow before the disaster and the fuction of leaking pressure autimatically and isolating the spread of the flame of the gas explosion after the disaster. the barrier explosion of the automatic air-door is expected to be the important composition of the saving system of harrier explosion of the mine
