基于党的十七大建设生态文明的战略要求,提出了矿井在新时期需要探索一种新型发展模式,即生态文明矿井的发展模式.探讨了生态文明矿井建设的内涵、要素及相关理论与技术,指出了认识水平不高、发展方式落后、规划建设滞后、技术创新应用缓慢、资金投入不足和人才保障不够,是国内矿井生态文明建设存在的问题.%Based on the strategic request of eco-civilization construction by the 17th National Congress of the CCP, it is proposed that a new coal mine development mode, which is the eco-civilized coal mine construction mode, should be explored in the new period. The content, elements, relative theories and techniques of eco-civilized coal mine construction are discussed. Then the problems of eco-civilized construction in China coal mine are pointed out, which are low awareness level, backward approach to development, lags of planning and construction, slow application of technological innovation, insufficient capital investment,and short of talent security.
