大方理化煤矿煤质特征及可选性研究

         

摘要

为有效利用煤炭资源,本文研究了理化煤矿的煤质特征及煤层可选性.研究结果表明,该矿区M4、M6煤层为富-高硫煤,M12、M16煤层为特低-低硫煤,且M4、M.煤层中的硫主要为黄铁矿硫,而M12、M16煤层中的黄铁矿硫所占全硫比例有明显下降,而有机硫所占比例则有显著增大.根据硫分、灰成分参数分析,理化煤矿M12煤层为受海水影响极小的泥炭沼泽,M4煤层为受海水影响较大的泥炭沼泽,M6和M16煤层为受海水影响较小的泥炭沼泽.简易浮沉试验结果表明,理化煤矿各可采煤层均属极难选煤,其原因主要是其矿物组分一般以细小的黏土矿物为主,黄铁矿次之,且黄铁矿多呈细粒状、细粒浸染状分布.%To effectively use the coal resources) coal quality characteristics and washability of the coal in Li-hua coal mine of Dafang were investigated. The results showed that the M4, M6 coal seams were rich-high sulfur coal, but the M12. M16 coal seams were extremely low-low sulfur coal. The sulfurs in the M4, M6 coal seams were dominated by pyrite. Compared with M4, M6 coal seams, the proportions of the pyritic sulfur in the M12, M16 coal seams decreased significantly, while the proportion of organic sulfur increased obviously. Based on sulfur, ash compositions, the M12 coal seam in the Lihua coal mine was accumulated in the peat swamp influenced minimally by sea water, totally different from M4 coal seam. Compared with M4 coal seam, the M6, M16 coal seams were less affected by sea water. The floating and sinking test results indicated that the washability of raw coal in the Lihua coal mine was in the extremely difficult degree, because the mineral compositions were dominated by small clay minerals, followed by fine granular and fine-grained disseminated pyrites.
