In order to meet China's rapid economic development of the demand for mineral resources, we need to cultivate a standard mining market, which can promote the exploration of mineral resources development and utilization. Firstly, this paper introduces the general situation of China's mining rights market , and then analyzes deeply the problems of the mining rights market from three elements, namely mining people, mining rights, and intermediaries.
