基于循环经济铀矿业可持续发展能力评价指标体系研究

         

摘要

This paper takes circular economy theory and scientific development concept of sustainable development as the basis, combined with characteristics of uranium production, establishes evaluating indicator system of the sustainable development ability in uranium mining industry based on circular economy. According to the basic principles of the system and science, dynamics and stability, operational and the comparability, the indicator system includes four system constitutions by resources, economy, environment and intellectual support, which resources system consists of two basic index layer, the economic system consists of three basic index layer, environmental systems includes the two basic index layer, intellectual support system includes two basic index layer. Each basic index layer also contains a specific index layers, and mostly quantitative indicators, and has made the detailed explanation to the indicator system .%本文以循环经济理论及人口、资源、环境可持续发展的科学发展观为依据,结合铀矿企业生产特点,按照系统与科学性、动态与稳定性、可操作与可比性的原则,建立基于循环经济铀矿业可持续发展能力评价指标体系.其指标体系由资源、经济、环境和智力支持四个系统构成,其中,资源系统包括2个基础指标层,经济系统包括3个基础指标层,环境系统包括2个基础指标层,智力支持系统包括2个基础指标层,而每个基础指标层又包含了具体评价指标层,且大都是定量指标,并对指标体系做了详尽的解释,以期能够对铀矿业的发展提供科学的评价依据.
