Objective To observe the effects of SMS alerts and telephone visit for discharged patients with hyperten-sion. Methods All 134 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given general discharged instruction. The observation group was given SMS alerts once a day and telephone visit once a week. Results The mastery degree of hypertension knowledge,satisfaction degree of medical ac-tivities in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion SMS alerts and telephone visit can make patients comply with medical prescriptions, correct the bad eating and living habits, cut down the risk of complication probability,reduce the re-hospitalization rate,improve the satisfaction degree of patients and the doc-tor-patient relationship.%目的：观察短信提醒联合电话随访对高血压患者的应用效果。方法将134例高血压患者随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组67例，进行常规出院指导，观察组67例，在接受常规出院指导基础上进行每天的短信提醒指导和每周主治医生电话随访一次指导。结果观察组治疗依从性、高血压知识掌握情况、医患服务满意度、再入院率等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用短信提醒和每周电话随访的方式进行出院后持续指导，患者能严格遵从医嘱服药，及时纠正不良饮食及作息习惯，降低了患者合并并发症的几率，减少了患者的再次入院率，提高了其对医生服务的满意度，增进了医患关系。
