卓越工程师计划的培养目标、培养方案以及传统教学缺陷决定了实施卓越工程师计划教学方法改革的必要性.在教育部推进实施卓越计划2.0背景下,教师应以学生学习效果为导向,顺应教学目标多元性发展,结合工程实践育人规律,创新有效推动卓越工程师培养的教学模式.高校需改革教学管理机制,激发学院、教师和学生三方面积极性,全面推动教学方法改革.%PracticaL teaching is an important teaching process to cuLtivate students' innovative abiLity and innovative spirit. This study anaLyzes the deficiencies in traditionaL practice teaching and reforms practice teaching. Combining theoreticaL teaching process with practice teaching pLan and teaching methods, the content of practicaL teaching is aLways carried through; the graduation thesis research is combined with innovative entrepreneuriaL projects, and combined with the tutor scientific research project, students' creative thinking is deveLoped. PracticaL teaching is an effective measure to cuLtivate students' innovative abiLity.
