针对学生电子设计科技创新实践活动存在的问题，探索建设规范化的培训方式。通过开设培训课程，将课外创新实践活动转变为课内教学过程。同时，改革实践教学方法，采取多种举措激励教师、学生的参与热情，取得良好效果。%To solve the problems of the electronic innovation training in university, some reformations have been made to build a normative training mode. The training process is progressed in classroom by the form of innovation training courses. Moreover, novel teaching methods and measures are used to inspirit the students and teachers to join the training process. The application of the innovation training method indicates its availability.
