The current situation and problem of production practice by the research on excellent engineer production practice are analyzed, and strengthening the construction of production practice base and reforming on the production practice model are designed. The results show that establishing national engineering practice base, carrying out project practice and drop-in practice and optimizing the traditional production practice can effectively improve the production practice effect of the excellence engineer students.%通过对卓越工程师培养体系的生产实习教学进行研究、探讨、实践，分析了当前生产实习的现状和面临的两难问题，提出并实践了加强生产实习基地建设以及改革生产实习模式的教学改革措施。实践表明，建设国家工程实践基地、开展科创实习模式、插班生生产实习模式、优化式传统的生产实习方式，能有效提高卓越工程师计划学生的生产实习效果，对全面提高我国工程教育人才培养质量具有极其重要的意义。
