Taiwan's technical and vocational schools are an important part of university education in Taiwan. Their food professional training objectives and curriculum is an important reference to the mainland’s food professional vocational building.Taiwan places great emphasis on technical and vocational colleges to improve the quality of teachers and improve teaching quality through industry-academia cooperation. Baking direction of development is very mature.The health food and food marketing is a food professional development trend and being focused. These are very valuable reference to the mainland’s relevant institutions.%台湾技职院校是台湾地区大学教育的重要组成部分,分析其食品专业的培养目标和课程设置对大陆高职食品专业有着重要的借鉴意义。台湾技职院校非常注重通过产学合作提升师资水平和提高教学质量,烘焙方向的发展非常成熟,正在将保健食品和食品行销作为食品专业的发展方向和重点,这些都非常值得大陆相关院校参考。
