近年来，北京地区的生物医药产业发展迅猛并将得到进一步发展壮大，对北京地区高技能型人才需求量增大。然而，北京地区23所高职院校中仅有4所院校开设相关专业，北京地区生物医药类专业与区域经济的发展之间存在专业设置数量的不匹配性，两者在发展过程中表现诸多方面的不适应性，如专业课程设置、师资队伍建设及校企合作机制等方面。针对以上方面，作者提出了改进建议，旨在协调两者之间的适应性，使高等职业教育更好地为企业培养更多高技能型人才，以促进区域经济的发展。%For the past few years, beijing biological medicine industry has been developing rapidly and will be further development , and this will supply some more operating post for senior skilled talents, but only four higher vocational colleges of 23 set up the biological medicine major, so there exist discordance between majors building and regional economic evelopment and others inharmonious such as professional curriculum design, faculties and university-enterprise cooperation mechanism, based on above questions, in order to coordinate the contradictions and train some more skilled talents for new high-tech enterprise and promote the economic development, the author gives some advice to solve the problem.
