The student status management an important content of teaching management in colleges, which is the the premise and foundation of college information analysis. The development of electronic registration system has regulated the management measures and improved students registration system of colleges, which raise a higher request to the student status management.To optimize the student status management, maximize the use of the information technology, strengthen the construction of management teams, expand the information audit efforts and so on, are the effective way to complete the enrollment electronic registration work.This paper introduces the basic content of management system of enrollment electronic registration in colleges,and focuses on the existing problems and countermeasures in detail.%学籍管理属于高校教学管理中的重要工作内容，属于高校信息分析前提与基础。电子注册制度的开展，深入规范了高校的各种办学措施，切实完善了高校的学籍注册制度，对学籍管理工作有了更高要求，在这之中开展优化学籍管理的操作，最大程度地利用信息技术方式，强化管理队伍的建设，扩大至信息核审力度等方式完成学籍电子注册工作的有效方式。文中简述了高校学籍电子注册管理系统的基本内容，并且就其存在的问题与具体的对策做了重点论述。
