Facing the great opportunities and challenges of applied universities in a transitional development stage, this paper ifrstly presents five-in-one model of practical teaching system of Network Engineering. Then, it discusses the problems of the construction of practice teaching system based CDIO concepts, including practice curriculum, implementation and evaluation of practical teaching, etc. Finally, the practice shows that the practice teaching system has distinctive characteristics and good teaching effect in Xiamen University of Technology.%面对向应用型大学转型和发展的重大机遇和挑战，采用“五位一体”的实践教学体系模型，提出基于CDIO的网络工程专业实践课程体系，探讨综合实践项目实践教学实施以及实践教学评价体系等网络工程实践教学体系构建问题。实践表明，厦门理工学院网络工程专业实践教学体系有鲜明特色和较好教学效果。
