在全球化创新教育的背景下，针对近年来体育院校学生就业难的现状，以“核心竞争力”理论体系为基础，运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和访谈法，阐述了体育院校核心竞争力的本质和特征、结构和功能、形成过程与培育机制、评价和提升，在此基础上，重点分析了制约核心竞争力成为创业优势的因素。%Under the background of globalization of education innovation, the dififcult employment situation for students in sport universities has presented in recent years. Based on the theoretic system of "the core competence", the paper uses the methods of literature, logical analysis and interview to describe the nature and characteristics, structure and function, the formation process and the training mechanism, and evaluation and promotion of the core competitiveness for sports universities. On the basis, we analyze the reason that the core competitiveness can not be the advantage of entrepreneurship.
