在分析信息类高职院校人才培养现存的知识本位过于显性、能力本位不够突出等问题与不足的基础上，提出了更符合职业教育发展要求的新教育理念--职业素质本位，阐述了其必要性、合理性，并就其实施方法提出了建议，内容涉及人才培养目标定位、专业建设、课程构建以及校企合作等。%By analysis of problems and deficiencies for personnel training of information occupation college, a new education idea for professional quality oriented is mentioned which is more adapt to information occupation education development. The necessity and rationality were discussed, implementation method were proposed, including the orientation of talent education target, specialty construction, curriculum construction and school-enterprise cooperation to provide reference for the healthy development of occupation college information class.
