Based on the practice of collaborative innovation in college talent cultivation, we mainly studied the connotation, mode and mechanism of collaborative innovation. It is made sure that collaborative innovation essence is the management innovation of applied talents cultivation. We conclude the 5 collaborative innovation modes of applied talents cultivation and step 4 basic lfows. Taking information and computing science in Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University for example, we study the practice of propulsion mechanism of collaborative innovation in personnel training.%基于高校人才培养的协同创新实践，确定了应用型人才培养协同创新的本质是管理创新，通过利益共享和责任共担，形成协同创新的利益共同体，提高学生知识和技能应用的创新能力。归纳应用型人才培养的五个协同创新模式和四步基本流程。以黑龙江八一农垦大学信息与计算科学专业为例，进行了人才培养协同创新的推进机制实践研究。
