Based on the library resources increasingly prominent contradiction between readers to ifnd books, this paper expounds the RFID technology and the domestic and foreign research present situation of library personalized recommendation system, analyzes the changing of the recommended service under the mobile environment, further explore using RFID technology to realize the library personalized recommendation service.%基于不断丰富的图书资源与读者找书难之间的日益突出的矛盾，简述了RFID技术与图书馆个性化推荐系统的国内外研究现状，分析了移动环境条件下图书馆推荐服务方式的转变，在此基础上，探讨了利用RFID技术实现图书馆用户定位的个性化推荐服务模式的可行性。
