制作动画进行演示是提高课堂教学质量普遍采用的方法,液压系统或元件由于存在油液的流动,在通用的三维设计软件中制作动画有一定的困难。利用三维设计软件Pro/E建模并制作出液压系统工作原理动画,以机床工作台液压系统和电液换向阀为例,详细介绍了分别使用该软件的动画环境和机构环境制作液压油液动画的方法。%Animation is a general method to improve the teaching quality in class,there are certain difficulties in animating hydraulic system or components using common 3D design softwares because of the flowing of hydraulic liquid.Hydraulic systems are modeled and their working principles are animated using Pro/E software in this paper.Taking the hydraulic system of the workbench and the electrohydraulic reversing valve as examples,the animating methods of hydraulic liquid are introduced detail in animating enviroment and mechanism environment of Pro/E software respectively.
