从实际生产及合理应用的角度出发,着重对氧弹头充氧电极接口连接转换器的设计进行了阐述。其中包括：接触电阻等对连接转换器性能的影响。连接转换器中内螺纹结构、连接口结构、导角结构、导入口结构以及滚花等的设计和各自所具有的功能,同时还介绍了具体实施方案和实施过程。还对传统的电气连接方式的特点进行了必要的分析。%This paper puts its emphasis on describing the designing of the connecting converter used in the oxygenated electrode on oxygen warhead,which is meaningful for practical production and reasonable application.The main contents are： the affection of contact resistance on the performance of connecting converter;the respective structure design and function of inside screw,connector,lead angle,import object and knurling;the introduction of the detailed implementation plan and implement process.Furthermore,the characteristic of the traditional electrical connection is analyzed.
