目的：探讨无管化2μm激光联合内服外洗金钱草鱼腥草药液治疗尿道肉阜的临床效果。方法选取2012年10月~2014年10月在本科住院行手术治疗的76例尿道肉阜患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各38例。对照组采用传统的常规开放手术切除方式，治疗组采用无管化2μm激光联合内服外洗金钱草鱼腥草药液进行治疗，比较两组的手术治疗计划实施所耗总时间、住院时间、不良反应发生率及治疗效果。结果治疗组的总有效率为97.3%，显著高于对照组的73.6%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组手术治疗计划实施所耗的总时间为(40.75±8.64)min，显著短于对照组的(63.68±11.28)min，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的术后住院时间为(7.02±1.68)d，显著短于对照组的(9.57±2.14)d，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无管化2μm激光联合内服外洗金钱草鱼腥草药液治疗尿道肉阜的临床效果显著，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of ductless 2 μm laser combined with oral and washing outside of Loosestrife and Houttuynia liquid in the treatment of the urethral caruncle. Methods 76 patients with urethral caruncle from October 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional methods of open surgery,the treatment group was treated with ductless 2 μm laser combined with oral and washing outside of Loosestrife and Hout-tuynia liquid.The total time of surgical treatment plan,hospital stays,the incidence of adverse reaction and the therapeu-tic effect in two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.3%, which was higher than 73.6% in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The total time of surgical treat-ment plan in the treatment group was (40.75±8.64) min,which was shorter than (63.68±11.28) min in the control group,with sig-nificant difference(P<0.05).The postoperative hospital stays in the treatment group was (7.02±1.68) d,which was shorter than (9.57±2.14) d in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of ductless 2 μm laser combined with oral and washing outside of Loosestrife and Houttuynia liquid in the treat-ment of the urethral caruncle is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
