深圳市宝安区某街道苯作业人员血常规结果分析

         

摘要

目的:调查深圳市宝安区某街道苯作业人员的中毒情况,为目标干预等提供科学依据及监护。方法对深圳市某街道18079名苯系物作业人员进行职业健康检查,检测血常规结果。结果女性白细胞计数(WBC)异常率、中性粒细胞计数(N)异常率、血小板计数(PLT)异常率均高于男性。1≤工龄<3年组WBC异常率最高(2.73%),N异常率也最高(1.23%)。36~45岁组WBC异常率最高(7.20%);41岁~45岁组N异常率也最高(2.57%)。鞋革组WBC异常率最高(6.21%),N异常率也最高(2.40%)。修理组WBC异常率最高(5.24%),N异常率也最高(2.90%),按苯系物中毒分类:血常规异常率女性(3.53豫)高于男性(2.67豫),41~45岁异常率(4.45%)最高,鞋革、皮具行业异常率(6.83%)明显高于化工(3.78%)及五金机械(3.27%,3.39%)。结论某街道苯系物作业人员的健康状况已受到一定的影响,应加强对鞋革、皮具行业苯系物作业人员的健康管理,改善工作条件,加强防护,同时加强对女性劳动者的职业病防护。%Objective To observe the poisoning cases of benzene-exposed workers in a street of Baoan district of Shen-zhen,and provide scientific evidence and guardianship for goals. Methods 18 079 benzene-exposed workers were ex-amined,who got the occupational health check.Blood routine results was tested. Results Female was more than that of male in abnormal rate of white blood cell (WBC),neutrophil (N),thrombocyte count (PLT).Abnormal rate of WBC count was up to 2.73%,N was 1.23% in 1 year≤the length of service<3 years.Abnormal rate of WBC count was up to 7.20%in 36 to 45 years.Abnormal rate of N count was up to 2.57% in 41 to 45 years.Abnormal rate of WBC count was up to 6.21%,N was 2.40% in shoe industries.Abnormal rate of WBC count was up to 5.24%,N was 2.90% in repairman.Ac-cording to Benzene poisoning classification:abnormal rate of blood routine of female(3.53%) was more than that of male (2.67%),the 41 to 45 group was the highest(4.45%),shoe and leather industries (6.83%) was significantly higher chemi-cal industries (3.78%) and hardware machinery industries (3.39%,3.27%). Conclusion A street in benzene exposed workers health status has been affected,It should strengthen the health management of shoe leather,leather industry benzene work personnel,improve working conditions,strengthen the protection.At the same time,strengthen the occupa-tional protection of female workers.
